We lead with guarantees because the craft earns trust before the photos do. Every commitment below is in writing, in your project contract.
10-Year Adhesion Warranty
Every finish we apply is mechanically keyed and chemically bonded to the substrate. If it lifts, cracks, or fails to adhere within ten years of application, we return and reapply at no charge.
Applies to all Venetian plaster, microcement, and textured coating applications.
Color Match or We Reglaze Free
We mix every batch to a custom spectrophotometer reading. If the dried finish deviates from your approved sample under standard lighting, we reglaze the entire surface.
Color match verified at 72°F, 50% humidity — the same conditions we document on your finish card.
Dust-Contained Workspace
We seal adjacent rooms with negative-pressure barriers before any sanding or mixing begins. Your HVAC filters stay clean. Your furniture stays covered. Your other trades stay on schedule.
Third-party air quality verification available on request for occupied homes.
On-Schedule or We Credit Your Next Phase
We publish a day-by-day drying schedule before the first coat goes on. If we fall behind due to our process — not weather or substrate issues — we credit 5% of the phase cost toward your next room.
Schedule cards issued 48 hours before mobilization.
Finish-to-Sample Guarantee
We produce a full-size strike-off panel — minimum 24" × 24" — before touching your walls. Nothing gets applied until you've held the sample in the room at different times of day and signed off.
Strike-off panels retained for 5 years as your finish reference.
Spot Repair for Life
Venetian plaster is repairable. We keep your mix record on file indefinitely. If a doorknob dings your finish five years from now, call us — we'll match it and patch it for material cost only.

Site Assessment
We visit the space, test substrate moisture and pH, and document ambient conditions. No finish gets specified without knowing the wall first.
Strike-Off Panel
A full-size 24" × 24" sample panel is produced in the actual space. You live with it for 24 hours at different times of day before signing off.
Surface Preparation
Negative-pressure barriers go up. Existing surfaces are cleaned, repaired, and primed to our spec. Your other trades stay on schedule.
Multi-Coat Application
Each coat is applied by hand to a day-by-day drying schedule we publish in advance. No rushing. No skipping. Every layer earns the next.
Final Inspection
We walk the finished surface with you under raking light. Any variation from the approved strike-off gets addressed before we leave.
